Jean SchettlerAfter retiring from her career as a corporate executive in the computer field, Jean and husband Karl moved to Lanesville, Indiana, where she owns and operates Firefly Farm Art Studio. There she designs and paints her own creations and teaches classes in decorative and fine art painting.
While her artistic interests are varied, her favorite things to capture revolve around family, friends, pets and the beautiful scenery and wildlife on their sixteen acre farm. Since placing her feet on the path of artistic endeavor Jean has devoted many, many hours to seminar and classroom education with many nationally known artists.

Works may be purchased at the Harrison County Artisan Center in Corydon, Indiana.
She does commissioned work at her studio in Lanesville, where see also teaches weekly classes. You may also see her in and around the Southern Indiana and Kentucky areas teaching at local artists’ gatherings.
